Side scrolling Mario Bros. Just like the originals but they added more stuff in this one to make it appealing to kids. I played this for both Wii and DS. Both of them I 100%ed.

Made multiplayer Mario actually fun.

Its still new

Preety disappointing. Very poorly balanced, some levels you can breeze through without thinking, then the next level you die 6 times before completing. There was also a big difference between having a flower and not. The first half/two thirds were kind of boring, then suddenly the game becomes frustrating and annoying. Lots of cheap deaths as well, being led into an enemy who was off screen, for example. But despite that was ok, not awful.

Liked this a lot at the time, but can't really say I feel it holds up.

I liked this on DS back in the day, in the years since and as the memories of it fade it slips into gaming history as probably one of the more generic Mario titles. The New Super Mario Bros. games on Wii and Wii U were able to do more interesting and fun things with level design.

boring trash. the floaty nature of it ruins the platforming. turned me off of Mario for a while.
