Disappointed. I don't like the new additions, the game feels slow, and doesn't add much to gen 1.

meehhhh. It lacks the pixely charm of 1st gen, but doesn't add any of what makes later games good. The new gameplay mechanics are really quite boring, and everything else is so polished that it feels like a completely generic Pokemon experience, with nothing very exciting and nothing to set it apart.

It's like red/blue/yellow except you don't fight wild pokemon, you catch them in some bullshit dexterity game with the joy con that can go suck an egg.
