Sin and Punishment

A game that takes its simplistic mechanics and pushes them to the limit. Positioning is handled perfectly with a balanced dodge mechanic that runs the risk of you getting punished for using it hap-hazardly. The amount of variety in scenarios is fantastic, and the game pushes the N64 hardware to impressive heights. It's a shame that the original vision was hampered by Nintendo - I would have loved to see what a more difficult version of this title would entail.

Amusing and graphically impressive but somewhat shallow shoot-'em-up action. It was cool for Nintendo to release this on the Wii downloadable eShop after not releasing it in cartridge from in America.
