World War Z

The generic zombie apocalypse story and setting do this game no favors, but where it shines is gameplay. At the start you're sneaking around, headshotting everything to avoid waking the horde. Aat the defense portion, you get a two minute alert and you're running around looking for weapons, fortifications and anything you can use. The wave of 1000 zombies appears in the distance, and before you know it you're being overrun.

I don't find these Left 4 Dead type games extremely satisfying because they feel shallow, but it's entertaining enough with a friend (or a few if you're lucky enough to have more than one). It all feels decent although the guns could be a little more satisfying, the hordes can be a challenge, there's a bit of depth to the levelling but not much, the story is whatever.

Nothing like the movie but about as good, read bad

A poor copycat of Left 4 Dead, graphics are not better than Left for Dead 2 which is released 10 years before!

Decent co-op. Enjoyed the challenges.

Decent mindless fun.
