Best sports game on this system. As I don't like many sport games on the nes. Not real hockey as you play 4-4. This is another unique title as you play vs cpu or a friend. What makes this unique is the 4-4 play. You also can make your team all skinny guys, medium to fat guys. Or mix and match.

I played the shit out of this game when I was a kid. The hardest part was controlling the goalie, as the D-pad also controlled the skater at the same time, which gets annoying fast. The key to victory was to have 2 skinny guys, a medium one and a fatty.

It's an in-house Nintendo game so it comes with a certain degree of competency, but hockey video games (really any team sports video games) just aren't my thang.
