Hold the microphone to my face as I drum and I'll do my Phil Collins impression and fail every song because I have no rhythm

I had terrible rhythm, but I still enjoyed this game. The rest of my family and coworkers killed me at this game. My biggest complaint was the amount of setup time this game took. I had all of the DLC content. I even bought the Beatles version (with the really cool McCartney guitar). We would get 4 players going and have epic sessions going. A game sorely missed.

Guitar Hero with those shitty drums no one ever used. I had success with this game at a single party where we managed to get a solid 4 player going and we felt like fucking rock stars. Thank god for hard liquor, but curse fucking phones with cameras. This is one of those games that most people would be embarrassed to say that they liked, but I guess this genre is now dead?

It didn't have to be a fad. It really didn't. But boy did they milk this shit and basically force everybody to stop caring.

It doesn't match up to its sequel, but this was amazing fun and has to be recognized for introducing the drums and vocals. Drums were always my thing, personally.

I won't trash it. It is a good party game. However I rather not play these games at all. Yeah there is skill if you play this on the hardest setting etc. Again not going to be bothered.

The game that killed the Guitar Hero franchise (although they didn't know it at the time) It took the same concept from GH and expanded it to 4 instruments (guitar, bass, drums and vocals). A truly revolutionary game that forever changed the music / rhythm game. I still remember bringing this giant ass box home on the public bus with me, with all the other passengers looking at me, curious as to what this thing was all about (since it couldn't fit in a bag)
