Die, die, and die again. The quintessential "Splatformer". Tight controls, good music, pleasing visuals. A famous platformer for a reason.

I cannot play this, but I love watching it, and the soundtrack was in heavy rotation when I was a teen

super good coop competition game

I don't have the patience to finish the game but boy am I glad this exists. It's difficult in the right ways and the game is designed around that fact as well. This is a cool, frustrating, awesome, and infuriating game.

Fun game but very trying. You'll pull your hair out at how many times you'll die during this. Extremely frustrating at times and requires great skill and patience.

Just because a game is super hard to impossible...... doesn't make it a great game.

Great music, Meatboy feels great to control, but I'm not a huge fan of this super precise platforming style.

The control you have over the titular character is pushing on perfection. The music makes me sad McMillan and Danny B are done working with each other cause it's so good.

Perhaps the ultimate refinement of 2D-platformer, intensely difficult but intensely rewarding, with an adorable aesthetic to boot.

Fast and meaty.

I had so much fun with this. The time trials for each level were a really good idea, though bandage collection is kind of inconsistent in quality. The world 4 boss is memorization garbage, but I'm willing to mostly overlook it in favor of the rest of the game.
