The best part of this game is forgetting to attach the wrist band and then having to go to Best Buy to get a new tv the next day.

I understand that this game was a first showcase of the incredible new power of the Wii, but it doesn't live up in any way in modern gaming. This could of course be rectified by exciting game play elements or a gripping story but sadly this game has neither and instead opts for repetitive game play that is a novelty for about 10 minutes and then leaves you wanting to play something else.

A pretty basic game that I was able to play with my family. There aren't too many video games I can play with them so it was really fun being able to do this. Also this was the first game I played with motion controls and even though this game is pretty old, it hasn't aged poorly at all.

Ok game. I don't really like or hate this game. Some good games on here. Once you've played this for a couple of days. You just want to be focused on hardcore single titles like Mario and such.

We'd move all of our muscles. Our bodies were Reggie. Nothing to write home about but the memeable content is pretty high

Wii Sports is simple and addicting. The perfect game for a group at a party. There isn't much to be found as far as single player goes, but with a game like this there isn't much need for it. It makes great use of the Wii's motion capabilities.

Some of the games are good fun for at least a while. The problem is that they are pretty scattershot and the fun is fleeting at best. I will say that this is about as perfect as an introduction to what the Wii remote was capable of, which isn't all that much.

I'm rating this high simply because I don't care what anybody says now, everybody was IN back in the day. Experiences like this don't always happen. Simplistic to today's standards, but back then this was a new thing and including it with the Wii was a masterstroke. Playing it for the first time now would change my opinion, but this game is iconic and I spent a lot of hours solo and with friends. Bowling screwed me since I bowled one amazing game and it expected me to repeat that, but oh well.

It's a tech demo, but you have to remember that before this tech demo, motion controls were not a thing. This was a historic game. Getting together with friends and flailing around like idiots became a valuable pastime. It's a shame Nintendo didn't really know what else to do with the Wii.

South london pub I used to visit was so "lively" the police banned it from having weapons like pool cues and darts so they put a wii in instead. As a result, I've seen gypsy bare-knuckle boxers and junkies shed blood because of this. It's really not worth it.

As others have said, it's basically a fun gimmick game. Well, the tennis and bowling anyway, barely played the baseball or boxing or golf.

You won't get much out of this but the gimmick is decently fun for what little time you'll bother to play for this. Games based purely motion control tend to not lend themselves to interesting gameplay, and this is no exception.
